If you’re a coffee fan, get excited for this! Rumour has it that we could be seeing a free Costa coffee day at the end of the month.

If you remember last year, Costa coffee offered free cups of tea, coffee or hot chocolate from Costa Express machines nationwide.

There was no limit on the number you could get too – so queues were getting a little out of hand. I’d never seen so many people in my local village Tesco store!

But even so – it’s worth knowing about, as the deal will save you a bit of money if you normally have a hot drink! Here’s everything you need to know:

When is the free costa coffee day?

It’s worth noting that this hasn’t been confirmed by Costa yet… but rumours and images circulating on HotUKDeals and several newspapers.

Rumours are suggesting that Tuesday 31st March will see the return of the free Costa coffee day.

The free coffee will only be available at ‘Express’ machines, but there are over 8,000 of them around the country.

My local one was in a Tesco Express, but they can also be found in other supermarkets and also service stations.

You can search for your local machine using the store locator (be sure to use filters to filter out stores).

The last time this happened on the 1st October, there were balloons and banners around stores with the offer so you wouldn’t miss it. Here’s me getting my hot chocolate last time for £0.00!

Free Costa Coffee Day

The best thing about this deal, is you’re able to claim as many free cups as you like. You can either visit several different machines throughout the day, or keep popping back to the same one.

Drinks usually cost between £2-3 from these machines, so it’ll be a nice little saving even if you get one.

So there we have it! I’ll update the blog if I hear any more info from Costa and it’s all confirmed – but it’s certainly a date for the diary!

If you’re a coffee fan, did you know there is a way to get one for 1p every single day? Read my blog for the trick!

Will you be getting a free hot drink? I’d love to know in the comments below, on Twitter @Jordon_Cox or on Facebook.

Yes this has also been confirmed in Retail Express Newspaper.
Do remember you still have to go to the checkout for it to be processed as a transaction tho. lol
