I know the feeling. Running a business is tough, and a lot of work you just don’t have the skills to do yourself. A new scheme called Fiverr Business may help, and it’s free for the first year.
If you’re a startup, or even a large corporation, it can be tough to keep control of all the jobs you’re outsourcing.
With invoices coming from all angles from freelancers too, it’s hard to keep on top of things.
But a new scheme from the online marketplace Fiverr, will help you find freelancers, give you support and lets you collaborate with your employees for outsourced work – and it’s called Fiverr Business.
Here’s how it works, and why it might come in handy for your business.
Fiverr Business – How It Works
Fiverr Business is their version of Microsoft teams, but with a twist. You can invite all of your business team members onto your account, and you can collaborate together, whilst picking and working with freelancers.
Say for example you needed someone to edit your new business advert. Your whole team can join Fiverr business, and work directly with freelancers in order to get the job done.
Alongside this, you can discuss projects, look through talent (who are already vetted to work with businesses) and have an easier view of how much things are costing.
Here’s a video on Fiverr’s website which explains all this:
Fiverr Business Example
If you wanted to come up with a new logo for your business, you and your employees can head on to Fiverr Business, and search for some freelancers.
Once you found one and agreed on a price, you and your employees are able to use a group chat functionality to feedback to the freelancer, and discuss how you want it to look.
You’re able to chat privately or together to create your new logo. Once you are all happy with the work the freelancer has done, you can start using the finished product.
If you start to outsource more work to freelancers, it’s easy to keep track of what your business has spent, as Fiverr issues reports of how much things are costing.
You also pay directly into Fiverr’s website when exchanging services, so there will be no paper or emailed invoices.
What Tasks Can You Outsource?
There are hundreds of freelancers with a vast range of skills for you to choose from. There are several freelancers in each category too, so you can choose who you want to work with.
They can help you with tasks from website content to video editing, public relations to SEO and website content to web design.

How much does it cost?
Usually Fiverr Business costs $149 for an annual subscription, however Fiverr is offering the first year for free.
You can add up to 50 of your employees to your Fiverr Business account, to collaborate with freelancers and work you’re outsourcing.
There is no commitment to pay for the second year if you don’t want to continue, and you’re able to create an account to browse freelancers without committing to buying.
If you choose to work with a freelancer on one of your projects, your money is safe until you have personally approved the work you’ve received. So if you’re not happy, or it doesn’t fit your brief, you won’t lose your cash.
Freelancers charge per project, rather than per hour, so you know what the price is before you buy.
Conclusion
Whether your business or company is big or small, this should be a handy tool to use, when there are tasks you can’t do in house.
I hope you find this helpful, and you save a bit of money with the first year free subscription.
